Rudy Foschi

Rudy is a third-generation portrait artist and has worked as a professional photographer for more than 35 years. A graduate of the prestigious photography school, The Rochester Institute of Technology, Rudy has owned and operated a photography studio at the New Jersey Shore since 1977. He has preserved enduring images of love, family, and friends for generations of local customers.

He has received merits for photographs on a national and state wide level. A certified professional photographer and member of the Professional Photographers Association of America, he currently serves as the treasurer of the Professional Photographers Association of New Jersey. Rudy is one of the most respected portrait and wedding photographers in Southern New Jersey. In particular, his mastery of lighting and posing places him among the very best in his field. Whether he is working on location at the beach or at his studio will use classical lighting and posing techniques to create the absolutely most flattering images of you and your family.

Shaun Reilly

Shaun combines his passion for photography with the Foschi’s elegant style to create an artistic representation of your most special of days. A lifelong New Jersey resident, Shaun moved to the Southern New Jersey area to study literature and photography at the Richard Stockton College. After college, Shaun began working for the Press of Atlantic City and later took a job as an editor for the Current Newspapers before coming to work for the Foschi Studio.

Shaun’s work is greatly influenced by documentary artists such as Walker Evans, Dorothea Lange, and Larry Burrows as well as many contemporary portrait and fashion photographers. His photographs have been exhibited in a number of art galleries in New York and New Jersey. His broad range of editorial work continues to be showcased in a wide range of magazines, newspapers and websites.

Working to combine classical beauty with contemporary style, Shaun is continually refining his style. He is particularly attuned to the latest in digital imaging trends. He is a member of the Professional Photographers Association of America and the PPANJ. He is currently serving as the secretary of the Southern New Jersey chapter of the professional photography organization. He regularly travels the country to attend national photography events and annually attends the Mid-Atlantic Regional Photographic School, He has studied with world renowned master photographers. His passion for story telling combined with his craft as a portrait artist helps to set Shaun apart in the world of wedding photographers.

Cheryl Foschi

Cheryl is an accomplished portrait artist that specializes in children’s photography at the Foschi Studio. Cheryl found herself thrust into the portrait photography business more than 27 years ago when she married Rudy Foschi. She found that she had a knack for many aspects of the business and became an integral part of the studio’s operation. Classically trained in posing, Cheryl honed her craft as a children’s and wedding photographer for more than 20 years. She has attended the Professional Photographers Association’s Winona School in Atlanta Georgia as well as many national and regional conventions. She has an uncanny ability to work with and relate to children. Her team approach to photography allows her directly interact with her subjects while she directs another photographer who is behind the camera composing the images. This unique approach to children’s photograph allows Cheryl to capture very genuine emotions and leads to much more natural photographs of children.

Cheryl is also very involved in directing the Foschi Studio’s charitable efforts. A number of times during the year she organizes and designs specialty photographic events. These extremely popular themed events are the cornerstone of the Foschi Studio’s charitable contributions. Twenty percent of all money collected on promotional events is donated directly to local charities. In the last few years alone, these promotions have raised more than $10,000 for local charities like the Atlantic Riding Center, the ARC of Atlantic County, The Atlantic County Field of Dreams, The Sunshine Foundation, and the Atlantic County Buddy Ball organization. Cheryl’s love and understanding of children along with her commitment to her craft helps her to stand out as one of the regions finest children’s photographers.
